Caralea is a labor and employment litigator who represents individual clients, corporate entities, and classes in federal and state court proceedings. She has worked on federal jury trials, contributing to trial preparation and execution through drafting examination outlines, preparing witnesses, and developing trial strategy. Caralea has also led mediations and settlement negotiations in employment disputes.
